Half of all my life with you.
Yet every day seems a new.
Half of all my waking days.
My heart is captured by your ways.
Half of all my eyes have seen.
My gaze is fixed on you so keen.
Half of all the sounds I’ve heard.
Your voice to me a song is stirred.
Half of all my breaths inhaled.
Your beauty steals them til they fail.
Half of all my joys and fears.
